  • Confident handshakes, greetings, and self-introductions

  • Elevator pitches: how to introduce yourself with clarity and poise

  • Role-play: school interviews, first jobs, and new social settings

 

Week 2: Communication & Conversation Skills

  • The art of small talk vs. meaningful dialogue

  • Reading social cues and body language

  • Active listening and how to ask thoughtful questions

  • Giving and receiving compliments graciously

  • Practice: mock interviews and group conversations

 

Week 3: Digital & Social Media Etiquette

  • Crafting a respectful digital presence

  • Tone in texts, emails, and DMs

  • How to disagree online without being disrespectful

  • Screen-time etiquette in relationships, classes, and family life

  • Boundaries with privacy and oversharing

 

Week 4: Dining Etiquette & Professional Table Manners

  • Formal vs. casual dining differences

  • Multi-course meal etiquette: silverware placement, napkin use, and conversation

  • Dining out with friends, dates, or adults—how to handle the check

  • Table topics: how to navigate mixed-age or professional conversations

  • Practice: etiquette lunch or dinner role-play

 

Week 5: Leadership, Confidence & Social Presence

  • Making a confident entrance and owning the room

  • The difference between confidence and arrogance

  • How to respectfully disagree and handle criticism

  • The etiquette of being a leader—tone, timing, and humility

  • Practice: mock group discussion or debate

 

Week 6: Etiquette in Real Life Situations

  • Public behavior: concerts, churches, interviews, events

  • Respecting space and privacy in shared environments

  • Being a gracious guest and a thoughtful host

  • Manners in romantic and peer relationships

  • Review scenarios: “What would you do if…?”

 

Optional Week 7: Career & Professional Etiquette

  • Workplace basics: punctuality, dress codes, and follow-ups

  • Email and voicemail etiquette

  • How to write thank-you notes and professional correspondence

  • Preparing for job interviews and internships

  • Resume critiques and first impression practice

 

Week 8: Etiquette Dinner & Celebration

  • Formal etiquette dinner or afternoon tea

  • Real-world practice: greeting adults, small talk, multi-course etiquette

  • Peer feedback and self-reflection

  • Certificate ceremony with optional parent/family observation

  • Photos and celebration of their personal growth
